i had such a wonderful wonderful nite yesterday wif my beloved nj class. *hearts* i love all of u!! was so sad dat i missed the last gathering at michelle's place.. so was realli looking forward to the one ytd.. i had almost forgotten abt it until mark reminded me abt it. realli grateful for dat..


we had so much food: the large plate of "lou hei", the yellow potato salad and chicken salad (which were both laded with EGGS, somebody's most hated food heehee), bread n yellow cheese, ham with mashed apple (i loved the mashed apple), yellow sausages, chicken wings (sort of yellowish as well...) and lemonade (bright yellow). it was realli like a tribute to meiling.. haha.


been such a long time since i last saw everybody.. well i do see them on n off in sch. but we nv get to sit and talk properly. so ytd was realli a rare chance.. den mark and keith played some songs for us, keith playing the violin and mark piano. they were so charming! and i suddenly remembered i used to think guys who play violin are veri attractive. haha.. they didnt play the wang leehom song dat i told mark b4. well cant be helped.. was keith's 1st time playing those songs. i bet he has nv heard of leehom b4. "Tong hua", being a chinese song, is quite a feat for him aleadi. =p


and den, after getting tired from laughing too much, we finalli went home.. i realli couldn't stand the thot of walking out half an hour to the bus stop, and was hoping for a cab to appear. so i was telling aiwen "cant call cab in la.. the cab will be lost in here. so many small roads de.." and a taxi appeared! haha.. funnily, the driver realli was lost inside duchess ave. and he needed directions out. so me n mark got on, and he directed the driver out. yeay~! so so so lucky. dat place was so ulu, it was realli a miracle dat a taxi was in it.


so on the journey back, i was telling him how envious i was of him n wendy. they had been together since sec 4, and still going on strong! so many guys seem to be fickle-minded, and can have change of heart easily. so i was saying "You r realli a good man, mark. around me, u r the onli couple who stayed together for so long. everyone of us are impressed!!" (i'm sure i'm NOT wrong in saying dat. rite aiwen? we all are impressed arent we?) and he told me "haha.. dun say till lidat leh... erm.. yeah we are the few who are still together till now.. haha... (i tell u, he looked so ego and proud of himself) but....(BUT?? a 'but'??) admittedly, i do have other friends, girl friends, dat i like, i mean, attracted, er, ya i mean like them la! but it has onli been like dat. as in, i like some girls, but i only love wendy. it has always been like dat la.. (and Now he seem slightly abashed..LOL)


it was such an honest reply dat i was realli touched. i can't wait to go to their wedding!!! haha.. although it'll still be some years... but anyhow, after seeing so many break-ups, i was very much encouraged by his words last nite. Good men do really exist. Girls dun give up hope! (and val too.)
